Who runs the site

The site is run by Verslo kopa, MB (company code 307127206, Perkūnkiemio g. 47-81, LT-12101 Vilnius, Lithuania), which operates the KOPARYX games studio. MB Verslo kopa is the controller of the personal data described below. For questions about this site or information you have sent us, write to hello@koparyx.com. See also our operator information.

Visiting these pages

The pages are plain HTML. There are no accounts, advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The only form is the demo notification sign-up described below. Images, styles and fonts are served from this site. Loading a page sends technical request information, such as your IP address and requested URL, to the web server; hosting services may record that information in access and security logs. Contact us for questions about hosting records.

Cookies and browser storage

These pages do not set cookies or use local storage. There are no embedded videos or third-party widgets. Read the cookie information for more detail.

Demo release notification

If you fill in the demo notification form, we store your name, your email address, the time you signed up, and the exact consent text you agreed to.

• Purpose. To send you one email from hello@koparyx.com when the Hold the Bowl demo is released. Nothing else: no newsletter, no advertising, no sharing or selling.
• Legal basis. Your consent, Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation. You give it by ticking the consent box and sending the form. Nothing is stored without the ticked box.
• Where it is stored. In a database on our web hosting at Hostinger, which processes it on our behalf. The demo mail is sent from our own address, hello@koparyx.com.
• How long. Until the demo release mail has been sent, after which the list is deleted, or earlier if you withdraw consent.
• Abuse protection. To limit repeated sign-ups, a one-way hash of your IP address is kept for at most 24 hours. The IP address itself is not stored.
• Withdrawing consent. Write to hello@koparyx.com at any time and we delete your entry. Withdrawal does not affect mail sent before it.

News and RSS

Updates are published on the news page and in the RSS feed. There is no newsletter; the only mailing list is the one-mail demo notification above. An RSS reader may fetch the feed on your behalf; that reader has its own privacy practices.

Contacting us by email

Email links open your chosen mail application. Nothing is sent just by visiting a page or opening a link. If you send a message, we receive your email address and the information you include so we can respond to your enquiry. Do not include information you do not want to share. Contacting us does not put you on the demo notification list.

Questions about your information

You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@koparyx.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian supervisory authority, the State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija, vdai.lrv.lt).
